The Leinster Executive Committee approved the Team Leinster, Leinster Squad and Leinster Development Squad Plan last year. The Final (MS Word) Version of the Team Leinster Swim Plan is now available for download here.

In order to avoid confusion, separate pages have been created for each of the three separate groups that make up the Team Leinster Swim Plan programme. Each will will contain information on the swimmers selected, training details and - soon - copies of the training sets developed for them. The information on all three pages will up updated regularly, so please check back often.
